As I promised, I am writing to give you my account of what was decided, et our meeting on Tuesday with Grimwood and Mrs. Fard, about the purchsas of the Lav and Sayer collections. let me know if I have got the arrangements right, or if you think that any alterations would be sore convenientf

(1) You wish us to write to the Crown Agents,

suthorizing them to arrange with Hesars. Bolton and Fairhead 4td. for the pictures to be packed insured, collcoted and transported from kortting to the firm's store near Kings Cross. The Crown Agents are also to be authorized to pay Laz 21000, when the pictures have been delivered to the store.

(11) You will then inform us what arrangements you are making to get certain pictures cleaned - probably by an expert suggested to you by the Hong Kong Goverment. You will wish us to authorise the Crown Agents to meet the cost of oleaning these pictures.
